I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ordered commissions at any time. (In the case of a cancellation, Full or Partial refunds will be issued depending on how much of the work is completed.)

I will not tolerate disrespectful, slanderous, and/or inappropriate behavior, and the commission will be cancelled as a result if it happens.

I will draw: Ponies / MLP related species, Non-Complex character designs.

I will do my best to respond to you in a timely manner, however; I may not immediately accept a commission request and will inform you if there are any holds at the time of request (I do not plan to take on an exorbitant amount of commissions at one time, I will not over-exhaust myself.)

I will attempt (while working with you, the commissioner): Furries, Environment Art, Specific effects (such as magic, elemental effects, etc..,) Simple Mechanical Designs, and Art Styles that are not typical to my usual drawings.

I will not draw: NSFW, Gore, Mechs/Mecha/Complex Mechanical Designs, Problematic Ship Art (i.e. minors / visibly depicted young characters, abusive relationships, etc..,) Inappropriate themes of any kind, as well as anything that I am uncomfortable with that may come up. You may run ideas by me, but I reserve the right to deny them.

Payment will be 50% up front, 50% after the sketch is approved by client.

Payment will be done via PayPal or CashApp.

Each additional character will be an additional +15% of the base cost.

Generally, no deadlines will be permitted. If a deadline is absolutely required, it will be an additional +40%-70% (up front) of the total base cost of the commission, based on how soon the deadline is. If the deadline is failed to be met by me, due to me, that fee will be waived and the money will be refunded. (Failure to respond in a timely manner will not qualify as the deadline not being met.)

An additional fee of +45% will be applied if the client has no reference images, and requests that I draw solely from a description and/or moodboard.

Additional fees of +5% (total base cost) per revision will be applied after maximum number of allowed revisions (per phase) have been met. (see "revisions" below)

The exact final cost (how much is due up front / after completion, not including additional fees) will be discussed before the commission has begun.

Provide multiple (2+) reference images of any OC / Custom characters (Preferably a flat-color reference sheet + any additional images that would be good for me to reference. Mood boards are welcome but I will not go solely off of them without an additional fee) (May be lenient, always feel free to ask me questions!) (AI References are absolutely not welcome!!)

Describe to me in clear, concise detail, what you would like me to draw for you (via whichever contact is being used.)

Respond to any messages in a timely fashion (if there is no response within a 7 day period, I will assume the commission status as abandoned, and this will result in the commission being cancelled.)

You will be responsible for any important information / details / references that you fail to provide to me, resulting in my inability to properly complete your commission to satisfaction.

Carefully read through the TOS and all Commission Information.

Sketch phase - Two Major Revisions (full-sketch redesign,) and up to 10 Minor Revisions (pose adjustment, compositional adjustment, etc...) are allowed. Any beyond this limit will incur additional fees. (see "payment information" above)

Flat color phase - 5 Minor Revisions (color changes, pattern changes, etc...) are allowed. Any beyond this limit will incur additional fees. (see "payment information" above)

Full render phase - 5 Minor Revisions (light direction, atmospheric effects, magic effects, etc...) are allowed. Any beyond this limit will incur additional fees. (see "payment information" above) (May be lenient, with my discretion.)

Any revisions due to my own negligence will not count, and will be free.

Upon completion of commission information discussion, I will first work on the sketch, and will provide you with WIP's (which is the time to request revisions.)

After sketch completion and approval, I will continue with the flat color process, and provide you with WIP's.

After flat color completion and approval, I will continue with the full render process, in which I will confirm / re-confirm your desired lighting / shading, and provide WIP's.

The sketch and subsequent phase WIP's will be sent as lower-than-completion resolution, watermarked images.

The default resolution that I work in is 6"x8" (Portrait / Landscape), changes may be requested, however I reserve the right to refuse a change.)

The default DPI that I work with is 800. I am aware that this is not necessary and will change it to 300 DPI upon request at no additional cost.

I will do my best to complete commissions within a timely manner, however sometimes things in life may happen. If there are any delays, or any reasons that I cannot complete the commission, I will notify you as soon as possible and discuss updates and or a resolution. Thank you for understanding.

I retain the rights over any and all produced commissions.

I reserve the right to post / share commissioned work on social media and discord, and you (the commissioner) will be appropriately credited, along with any additional information you would like me to include in said post.

You may request that I do not post the art publicly at an additional fee of +40% of the Total Cost (including add-ons such as: deadlines, revisions, etc...)

You may post the commissioned work publicly, as long as I am appropriately credited and tagged in the post. (If I am not on the social media that you are posting on, link / refer to my Tumblr.)

You may use commissioned work from me for personal use (i.e. print the work for your own use, crop/resize the work for use as an avatar or header image, use the image as a reference for your own study.)

You may not use commissioned work from me for commercial use.

You may not claim the artwork as your own. This includes coloring commissioned sketches yourself. If you do so, you must still credit me.

You may not remove my watermarks / signature, or paint over / alter the artwork in any way that is not covered in the approved uses listed above.

You may under no circumstances use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFT, Cryptocurrency, or AI (i.e. AI image generation/animation/manipulation, AI filter addition, AI watermark removal, etc...)

Once the final product is approved, there will be no refunds permitted.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given your approval of the commissioned work.

You may cancel your commission at any point in time, at which time I will issue a refund relevant to the completed work at the time of cancellation.
